Our industry is seeing without a doubt one of the most challenging times it has ever faced. Restaurants and bars had to make decisions to close their doors to protect the safety and health of their staff and guests but, in the absence of income, restaurants and bars can only pay team members for a short period of time.
Chef Jamie had the amazing opportunity to compete on Top Chef All Stars, premiering tonight. It felt weird promoting this today but, as a team we decided to use the opportunity to help give relief to some of our employees.
